Demand for alternative, short-term finance solutions became so high that the directors sold off the brokering and advisory business to allow them to focus solely on bridge lending.

KSEYE directors established a successful mortgage brokering and property advisory company. Following the “credit-crunch”, mainstream lenders were not providing funding quickly enough, or at all, therefore the Directors began to arrange short-term bridging finance solutions.
