Nikes Khagram is a founding partner and director of KSEYE in the UK and a non-executive Director of KSEYE US.
He graduated from City University of London with a BSc in Mathematical Science with Finance and Economics. Following university, he started a property consultancy company, which involved advising on mortgages, property sales, management, sourcing, and associated legal aspects.
In 2006, Nikes along with his brother, founded a mortgage brokerage and property development company. Following the “credit-crunch” however, UK borrowing lines were limited and KSEYE met this demand with an entry into short-term bridging finance. By 2012 the demand for short-term finance was so high that the brothers focused solely on growing the lending business into a key lender in UK Bridging.
With a constant desire to make KSEYE a leader in the market, Nikes remains at the forefront of technology with investment in both systems and colleagues.
